1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Tracking details are emailed once the order ships. Customers receive a link to monitor their shipment.

  • Shipping Costs

    • Domestic: Free on orders over ₹9999.

    • International: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

    • Any customs duty, taxes, or import fees are customer’s responsibility.

    • Tracking & Notifications

      • After dispatch, an email with tracking info will be sent within 24 hours.

      • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

      • Lost, Damaged & Missing Items

        • For lost or damaged items, please contact support within 7 days of delivery.

        • We’ll assist via carrier claims and either replace the item or process a refund.

      • Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

        • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch; post-dispatch cancellations incur shipping fees.

      • Service Interruptions

        • Delivery timelines may be affected during peak periods (e.g., festivals, public holidays) or due to natural events.
